Where the checking happens
The size checker itself lives on carryonsize.com. Whatever a visitor types into it — an airline, a bag size — stays with the checker, whose own notice describes how that input is handled.
The access log
Every request leaves one standard line in the access log: a time, the file asked for — no more than any web server keeps. Those lines serve debugging and abuse blocking; profiling is not their job.
